You are a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand and are completing an Australian Year 12 program (or the IB in Australia) before starting tertiary study.

These include applicants who do not hold: 

• Australian or New Zealand citizenship

• Permanent residency status for Australia

• An Australian permanent humanitarian visa

You are a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand and have not recently completed Year 12 or an overseas equivalent.

You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or a permanent resident, and have completed an equivalent Australian Year 12 qualification, or vocational education and training certificates/diplomas, or higher education studies.

You are considered a domestic applicant.
