Thursday 11 September 2025	First offer round.
Tuesday 30 September 2025	Early bird pricing ends. Standard fees apply after this date.
Tuesday 30 September 2025	Final closing date for Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine (including Bonded Medical Program), Dental Surgery, Oral Health and Veterinary Bioscience at Adelaide University. Late applications not accepted.
Thursday 9 October 2025	Offer round.
Friday 10 October 2025	Closing date for Bachelor of Clinical Science Medicine/Doctor of Medicine at Charles Darwin University (including required documentation).
Thursday 6 November 2025	Offer round.
Monday 1 December 2025	Equal consideration deadline for Semester 1 courses. Applications must be submitted and paid for by this date to be guaranteed equal consideration for selection.
Monday 1 December 2025	Closing date for Performance (Acting), and Performance (Directing) at Flinders University. Late applications may not be accepted.
Monday 1 December 2025	Closing date for Clinical Sciences/Doctor of Medicine at Flinders University. Late applications may not be accepted.
Monday 1 December 2025	Closing date for Clinical Sciences, Midwifery and Nursing at Charles Darwin University. Late applications may not be accepted.
Thursday 11 December 2025	Mid December offer round for 2026 courses. Please note this offer round does not include 2025 Year 12 results.
Monday 5 January 2026	Change of preference deadline for Semester 1.
Thursday 15 January 2026	Mid January offer round. Offers will be emailed by 9am.
Wednesday 28 January 2026	Second January offer round.
Thursday 5 February 2026	Further offer rounds emailed Tuesdays and Thursdays until  12 March.
Thursday 12 March 2026	Last offer round for Semester 1 offers.
Thursday 2 April 2026	Offer round.
Thursday 30 April 2026	Offer round.
Thursday 14 May 2026	Offer round.
Thursday 28 May 2026	Offer round.
Thursday 4 June 2026	Further offer rounds emailed every Thursday until 25 June.

Friday 6 November 2026	Twice weekly offer rounds on Wednesdays & Fridays till cycle end.

  Monday 4 August 2025	Applications  open for Semester 1 2026.
  Monday 1 December  2025	Deadline for new applications to be considered  in the December offer rounds.
  	New applications and/or changes of preference after this date  will be considered in offer rounds if there are places available.
  Mid-December to early January  2026	Several  offer rounds – offers sent by email from SATAC as results become available  from the SACE Board and interstate.
  Friday 2 January 2026	SATAC's  website closed for new applications and changes of preference. Any new  applications can be made direct to the institutions.
  Wednesday 7 January 2026	Final  SATAC offer round - offers sent by email from SATAC. No further offers are  made by SATAC after this date.
